Michelle Nathan

Registered Social Worker, MSW, RSW

As a Registered Social Worker and EMDR therapist, I work with individuals who often describe feeling stuck in negative experiences, frequently triggered or reminded by the pains of trauma. Many struggle with negative self-image, intrusive thoughts, intense emotions, or uncomfortable bodily sensations.

Through a combination of psychoeducation, mindfulness, and ego state therapy, I guide clients towards developing self-compassion and emotional resilience. I also use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) to address trauma, helping to reduce disturbances from the past and foster a sense of inner peace.

It is an honor to support and guide individuals on their journey toward a stronger, more integrated sense of self.
