Your Clinical Home

At Elevare, we do not just offer positions; we provide a clinical home designed for long-term growth, deep mastery, and professional sustainability. We believe that to hold space for profound transformation, clinicians must feel profoundly supported.

When you join Elevare you are choosing an environment that actively invests in your mastery. Your growth is supported through access to advanced training opportunities, direct hands-on neurofeedback exposure, and structured mentorship for complex clinical cases. Here, you will engage in regular, high-level consultation with Eliza Fernandes, MSW RSW, with 24 years of experience in complex trauma and dissociation. We never ask you to practice at a level we are not actively helping you reach.

Our Culture Code

This Is Not a Side Hustle

Elevare is not a place to casually build a caseload.

We are a specialized trauma Centre. Our work is deep, complex, and requires presence, discipline, and clinical responsibility.

We invest significantly in our therapists through training, mentorship, and clinical development. In return, we seek therapists who are committed, accountable, and here to grow long-term.

We are not a volume-based, talk-therapy clinic.

Our work is neuro-informed, attachment-focused, and grounded in how trauma lives in the brain and body.

This means understanding defenses, attachment patterns, and nervous system states, working within the tri-phasic model of trauma, and using evidence-based, neuro-based modalities.

At Elevare, clinical excellence is not optional.

Our therapists take ownership of their clinical development, seek consultation and feedback, and are committed to becoming highly skilled trauma specialists.

We work with developmental trauma, attachment injuries, chronic dysregulation, and dissociation.

Our therapists are willing to work with complex presentations, understand dissociation, and commit to developing the skills to support dissociative clients safely.

Our therapists are deeply attuned to their own internal state and to their clients. Who you are in the room matters as much as what you do.

This is a learning culture. Therapists are expected to be open, reflective, and committed to continuous growth.

Our therapists commit to a minimum of 15 direct client hours per week, maintaining an active and engaged caseload.

Clinical excellence is built through consistent practice, not occasional sessions.

We operate as a team of clinicians who consult, support, and uphold shared standards of care.
