Travis Morrison

Registered social worker, bsw, msw, rsw

I’m a trauma-focused therapist committed to helping youth and adults across Ontario heal from the effects of trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I believe that trauma isn’t just something that happened in the past. It often continues to impact how we feel in our bodies, how we relate to others, and how we see ourselves today.

With advanced training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and attachment-based approaches, I offer an integrative, evidence-based approach to healing. These methods help us go beyond talk therapy to address the deeper patterns that keep you feeling stuck.

Whether you’re navigating the lasting effects of childhood experiences, coping with recent distressing events, or working through long-standing emotional pain, I offer a safe, respectful space where you can begin to reconnect with your resilience. My work is trauma-informed, client-centered, and always guided by your goals and pace.

I welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities, and I practice through a strengths-based, anti-oppressive lens that honors your cultural and lived experiences.

Healing is possible and you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re ready to explore how therapy can help you move from survival to healing, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
