I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who supports individuals feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, low mood, trauma, and emotional or behavioural challenges. I work with adults, children, and teens, and I also support parents who are concerned about their child’s well-being and unsure how best to help. My experience across diverse clinical settings allows me to meet each client with thoughtfulness, clarity, and deep respect for their lived experience.

My therapeutic style is warm, calm, and easy to talk to. I offer a safe, grounded space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing. I work from an attachment-based and trauma-informed lens, helping you understand how early experiences, relationships, and ongoing stressors shape emotional patterns, behaviours, and the way you relate to yourself and others. Together, we focus on building a greater sense of safety, strengthening emotional regulation, and supporting healthier, more secure connections.

I use an integrative, evidence-based approach, drawing from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Gestalt Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This allows us to both explore deeper emotional experiences and develop practical tools that support day-to-day functioning, stability, and long-term healing.
